Hard with a good learning curve but interesting take on the fighting game concept.
If you’re a button masher and can’t wrap your head around combos, this game will reset you very very fast, even on the easy mode (which is good for a first run to learn the game ) but the true spirit of the game lies in learning the mechanics, mastering parrying, and getting good enough to beat bosses.
The game stutters a bit and struggles in certain areas with too many high poly models, could just be the limitation of the hardware, surely it’ll get optimisation patches over time. It isn’t unplayable but sometimes gets to you when it happens in areas with many enemies.
The steel book edition is a steal for the price, art book is nice but could use more text detail and early concept art, gonna share the postcards with friends who enjoyed the game and recommend it to me.
